Defective Product
The plastic at the base of the probe cracked making the thermometer fail. Despite numerous emails following up on a warranty submission LavaTools has failed to respond. I would recommend avoiding this company's products and their "Lifetime Warranty". Its not hard to offer a lifetime warranty when you don't honor it.
