I bought the 10 ft hose to use when I get my spring water. I wanted a lead free and bpa free hose. I found this hose on Amazon and read the reviews and the product description and decided to buy it. It is a nice looking sturdy hose. I did use it to get my spring water. My complaint is on the packaging it does not say it is a lead free and bpa free hose as it claims on this site and the Camco site. You would think that information would be included on the package/label the product came in. That would be a big selling point and since Camco is claiming that why not put that information on the product package? Is this product really bpa and lead free as they claim? All the package material says is Drinking Water Safe. If they put that information on the package material and it is not lead free and bpa free then that would be false advertising. It would still be false advertising if this site and the camco site claims it is bpa free and lead free and it is not even if the package does not say it though. I have not contacted the company yet but plan on doing so. That is why the three stars. I have uploaded pictures of the packaging. One side is in English the other I believe is in French. Update 7/6/16 : I did find out this hose is not completely lead free. I forgot to come back an update the review. Still not sure about the BPA but would question it. I still have the hose, I didn't bother to return it for the price I paid for it. I plan on buying a bpa and lead free hose in the future.
