I love the treadmill and the iFit feature. The part that makes me only give 2 stars is the required credit card to activate the treadmill. It comes with a free 1 year membership to iFit but still requires entering a credit card. I entered the promo code for the free membership and all was good. The next day I noticed my credit card was charged $431 for a 1 year membership. I called and they said it would be refunded. 2 weeks later and a few more calls ( lots of hold time ) I finally got the refund.
