Bought these mats and one of them did not have the attachment on the mat which allows you to attach the grounding plug. I called Earthing and they told me to send it to them which I did. Upon receipt of the mats back I found that the grounding plug attachment did not fit the corresponding attachment on the mat which they just installed.. I called Earthing and they told me that the plug which originally came with the kit was probably not from Earthing but some other vendor. If that was the case why does the add on Amazon say the kit is from Earthing? She said to contact Amazon to try and resolve this matter. Will follow up to see what transpires..
