The product is great and my pup loves it. I want to give them a much higher rating but I had a very sketchy interaction with the manufacturer. They do not have replacement parts on their website. My pup got one of the caps off and chewed it up. I wish I could by replacement parts. I reached out via email to the manufacturer and the person who reached out to me did not have a signature or title in the email and requested that I send him money via PayPal but the link was not in english and had nothing noting the company on it. When I called him out on it he sent me a new link that looked like the company page but was not connected to it in any way and went to a different pay pall account. It still seemed really sketchy.
