This thing is a piece of crap. It's super cute, but that's where the pro list ends. The size was smaller than I wanted, but adequate. After three weeks, the handle started to melt (see picture). I couldn't believe what I was seeing. It took me a couple of weeks to contact Amazon customer service and when I did reach out, I was told that they couldn't do anything because it had been over 30 days since my purchase. They suggested that the I contact the manufacturer directly. Here's the thing, I couldn't find a website, nevertheless a phone number to contact Calypso and I'm not a stupid person. I'm super frustrated by this purchase. Please do not waste your money. Buy another tea pot.
