I bought this machine after reading lots of reviews. I'm a bit disappointed. It makes decent espresso, but over heats between every cup and takes 5-10 minutes before I can make a 2nd. The steam wand only moves left to right, and points downwards. It's difficult to get the milk to swirl properly & tends froth the milk too much. Without the extention this works a little better, but the wand is short. Would be nice if you could get angles from the stream wand. It's semi user friendly but honestly a professional espresso bar is easier to use. Edit: Had it a week now. I hate it. The fact that my wife and I can't sit down with a cup of espresso together makes this a waste of my money. It over heats quickly and takes a long time to prepare to make a 2nd drink. You can do 2 shots or 2 streams, but not both. *update* No longer pulls shots. Absolute junk.
