Generic Game Of Thrones Knockoff
They could have just changed the character names, title, and you would probably not know it was the WOT.
The writing is just plain bad. The characters were horribly cast. Rand comes off like a discount Anikin Skywalker. The other actors come off as bored and disinterested. The dilogue would fit better in a tella novella than WOT.
Watching a knitting circle would be more enjoyable than the action scenes. The one power was just wasted. They could have made it really cool, and it ended up looking like space spaghetti. The graphics we really low quality through most of the show.
In all, I don't think they wanted to make WOT. I think they just wanted to make a B fantasy movie and were too lazy to come up with an original tittle.
