Probably the least long lasting tarp I ever bought. I was not impressed with the Seller either. I don't expect something to last forever but after just 4 months the tarp was finished. As advertised the tarp is "laminated on both sides, and UV treated for maximum weatherproofing and tear resistance" Well perhaps it is but mine fell apart very quickly. Take a look at the photo and especially the short video clip. Even a plastic shopping bag lasts longer! At one time these tarps may have been great but not the one I received. I wrote the seller whom didn't reply for days and then only after Amazon emailed them on my behalf. They offered an insulting partial refund which I didn't pursue. If you need an overpriced drop cloth for occasional use then this might be OK.
