I had this item installed by a licensed electrician - It worked for a couple months and then just quit. Went through the troubleshooting manual, had the electrician come back out and the unit had just stopped working. Contacted the seller TORCHSTAR to utilize the 5 year full warranty and they were going to send me a replacement, I just had to return the defective unit, which I was happy to do - The seller TORCHSTAR stated their warranty policy required the buyer to pay for all return shipping expenses of defective warranty equipment - Which is half the cost of the product. I asked if they would send a UPS label or provide a collect number so I could return the defective warranty material and they refused and wouldn't send a replacement until I paid to ship the defective warranty back. Long story short, if they believed the product was quality, they would cover the cost to have warranty material returned, but clearly this happens often and that's why they make the buyer pay to return their faulty product to them. Incredibly disappointed with TORCHSTAR - Threw their material in the garbage and bought a new light from another seller and it's working great.
