Bought one but returned it because they don't allow you to use a different brand of treats. They controlled the shape and the size of the hole where the treat comes out so that their own manufactured treats are the only ones that will be dispensed properly. There is also a fine print that says "if you use a different treat they will void your warranty." What the heck? This is an almost $400 piece of crap but you don't have the freedom to put the treats that you want? Dd you not learn from Keurig? Remember their latest machine where they started to control what k-cups can be used on it? Their sale plummeted. People does not like it when you are controlling them. There is always business somewhere else. The problem with this is that my dog has allergy to chicken and other products so there are only specific treats that he can have so this will not work for him. The manufacturer is greedy and probably thinking that by controlling the treats they will make more money but what they are not getting is that they are actually driving the customers away.
