Pulse reading jumps for 110 to 80 to 56 with same finger insert 3 different times. I check the pulse reading manually, it off 10-20%. Return the first unit for a replacement, but it was the same. Returned the replacement unit for a refund. Did not get a full refund, 15% was deducted. WARNING … I would not risk purchasing this brand as they do not give 100% refund when you determine the product not as reliable as presented. Purchased a different brand for less and it works every time.
