I received my 50000mAh in fine condition. It took about 3 hours to charge it back up to full (4 blue lights). I then used it to charge a Samsung Tab 8.4 Pro, twice (both times from 18%) and a Samsung 8.0 (at 1%). The Tab Pro was fully charged both times but the AllPowers putzed out after only charging the Samsung 8.0 to 48%. Given that the batteries in these Samsung Tabs are not overly large, (Samsung 8.0 is 4450 and the Pro is 4800) Unless my math is incorrect, that means the AllPowers only gave me about 13800 at the BEST estimation. That is being very very generous. So, for them to advertise this as 50,000 is flat out lying. Also, it took almost 24 hours to charge the ALLPOWERS back up to the 4 blue lights again. Not impressed with this at all. Given the price I paid, (39.99) it is not a bad price for something advertised at a lower mAh but this is not what I paid for.
