Purchased a Motion Sense kitchen faucet for our remodel.The installation on Nov.21st. was as simple as could be. The instruction were very easy to follow and all worked extremely well. Come to Dec 3rd. 1:00am and we hear a water fall, we are now standing in 4''of cold water. We hurriedly shut off all water and notice a dangling hose, it would appear that the inner hose locking device on hose #3 totally dislodge itself from the control box causing a geyser and flood. This lead to all draws filled with water,soaked all small electric appliance within the cabinets as well as everything else you would store under or around your sink. Our carpets in the family and dining room also got soaked since they are off the kitchen. We will NOT continue to own this faucet come 8:00am.when MOEN opens for business today. We are totally shocked that with a technological marvel as this that the water would not be shut off in instances like this. So, to potential buyers interested in this device I personally would not recommend this faucet regardless to the ease of installation,for if we were not home at the time I could not imagine what the damages would have been in our home. For the price we paid for this, and the reputation of Moen of being a quality product,it has cost us much more then it's worth,needless to say we are very very disappointed.
