Received this bike and it was opened, parts were missing, and there were large holes in the box that was filthy and ripped to shreds. The company blamed Amazon for this, I believe my bike was already returned and then shipped to me. None of the electronics worked, after I paid someone to assemble this cheap and malfunctioning product, it would not function the manufacturer's response? They sent me a piece of wire and said tough _ _ _ _ if you're a disabled veteran we don't cover repairing our defective products. And now I received a small piece of wire for all the money I spent on this garbage, DO NOT BUY this company refuses to even treat anyone with respect who has problems with this product. I have never written a negative review for anything but this company simply sends a pile of trash to your home and blames others then refuses to repair the trash heap they sent you.
