Ok, so I have bought 3 pairs of these slippers in 2 months. The first pair, I bought the yellow ones, which I absolutely loved. I have plantar fasciitis and the yellow ones are very gentle on my heels after a long days work. Because I loved the yellow so much, I bought the black ones in the same size to use as errand/driving shoes. I have to say, I’m very disappointed. The black are clearly a size smaller than the yellow ones. I can still wear them, so I didn’t make a big deal, but the heel has a weird decline when you step down. I also bought the blue ones for my husband who always take my yellow slippers in the house because they are so comfy. The blue ones are much tighter and more stiff than both the black and for sure the yellow ones. They are the same size -we measured them all, thinking that maybe they just sent the wrong sizes 2xs. The blue ones are so uncomfortable and cuts off the circulation on the top of the foot. My husband and I wear the same size shoes, except my feet are more narrow, and we both had the same opinions with all 3 shoes. I love the yellow ones, but the other 2 seem like crazy defects. Quality control seems to be an issue here, so I wouldn’t recommend anyone buying these and going through what I went through and receiving a defective, uncomfortable, and basically useless slipper trying to get it right. All 3 same sized shoes were completely different. Smh
