I love riding this scooter, HOWEVER, I just found out that the limited warranty does not cover LABOR. they are in another state so I would have to find a technician to come look at at and if it is a parts problem (electronic ONLY) they would cover it. otherwise you are on your own. I downgraded my rating from 5. for a $1800 equipment, you would expect better service. so think of this as an expensive toy with no real help if something goes wrong!.NOT good at all
