Piece of Crap
Do not waste your money on this. It is a piece of crap. On our second piece of toast the handle broke and will know no longer go down making this toaster useless. We tried to return and get our money back and all we heard was the sound of crickets. The people we bought it from should be banned from doing business on Amazon
