After half a day and an hour in chat with LG support, it was finally ready to watch. Tech support is awful. The first tech told me to just leave it off. The second knee more, but still no resolution. It does not have a home screen. At turn on, it defaults to an LG channel; you may see people rolling around in bed or vomit from the White House. LG also does not have as many apps as FireTv, but I was able to use the browse to do that. Yes, it has Alexa but if their is already Alexa in the room, you cannot use another.
