I purchased this vitamin regularly on autoship directly from the manufacturer for the past couple years. I would have posted this review directly on their website, but mysteriously their website no longer hosts reviews of their products...hmmm, interesting. I noticed the packaging for my September 2018 shipment looked different so decided to compare the ingredients to my previous bottle. Much to my disappointment the packaging change was not just cosmetic. Not only is the bottle not sealed as well as it used to be, but many of the ingredients are present in less than their previous dosages - some decreased by as much as HALF. There is no indication on the bottle (nor did I receive any communication from the manufacturer) that the formulation changed. Premium price for a diluted product? No thanks. To add insult to injury, doses are also no longer listed in the industry standard international units (I.U.), seemingly to make it more difficult for average consumers to make comparisons to similar products from other manufacturers. I cancelled my two different vitamins (this one, and a different one for my wife) that were on autoship, and will be looking elsewhere for vitamins now. Not sure if it’s the buyout or what, but the quality of Rainbow Light has definitely deteriorated. Shame on the manufacturer for trying to pull a fast one on their customers.
