Edit: I did receive a call from Amazon concerning this review, changes may come. Remember that this device is brand new. Pros: Better audio than first gen Better fit Usb-C Wireless charging Cons: They removed the customizability of the tap controls. The one customizable tap control remaining, they removed the best feature. The ability to pause/play and switch anc/passthrough at the same time. Why they removed such a useful feature, I have no idea. All that being said, these are far more comfortable than the first gen, and they do sound a bit better. Though I never had any disappointments with the audio on the first gen.
