As a long time follower of this man’s work, I highly recommend staying away. He mixes in health info with dangerous spiritual i for aril. that is not worth it. Check out other teachers like Dr Howard Schubiner and John Sarno to understand how you can get better and why protocol’s like MM works for so many.
