Sad because I do love it but my rug is completely “dented” in the middle where it was folded in the package. I waited over a month to review, hoping it would straighten out over time but it just bunches up in the middle where the huge wrinkle is in the rubber underneath. So it doesn’t lay flat no matter how many times I fix it. I’ve had no issues with shedding. I already returned a tan one which had no issues from the packaging but just wasn’t the correct color. This brown and white is the correct color but has damage from the packaging. Can’t win! And I don’t feel like returning it again. So just to clarify it every rug will not have this issue because my first purchase which I returned was fine. I’m guessing it matters how long it was packaged for.
