I've been trying since the 1st week in January to resolve an issue with a camera which quit working. I've done EVERYTHING Lorex has asked of me, easter egged with Tech support for hours, finally got them to agree the camera was defective, faxed my receipt to Lorex, paid $14 to ship THEIR defective product back to them, they've had the defective camera for nearly 2 weeks now and I cannot get an answer back as to when, if ever, I will get my replacement shipped back to me. Worst customer service in the world. Go ahead and buy from Lorex if you must but you better pray your product never breaks because you will eat the cost.
