It works well. It loses a star because of the bright blue light (that cannot be turned off) and one star for the loud beeping noise if you hit any button or it turns off with the timer. Completely stupid features for a bedroom device. This will, however, freeze you. Works well for this. Fix the two issues... Update: December 5th. Pad sprung a leak. Two months of usage. I'll contact the company about warranty, if any. We shall see. 3 stars still, as it works really well up until the leak. Update: December 7th The company rep is amazing. Extremely quick to respond and is sending me out another pad. This is a company that stands by the product. Up a star for that. Well done. I'll update once I get the new pad, and keep you posted. Update, March 2018: new pad lasted two weeks then leaked. I didn't rough house them or anything. In fact, I tried to climb in easy and slowly... Still leaked. Bummer. The product works when it isn't leaking. They need a heavy duty pad.
