I have downgraded my rating due to an incident. For some reason, the app deleted my password or logged me out. This means that I didn't get the notification that my fish tank was overflooded and that the tank was allowed to overflood for about 11 hours. When I came in the next day and saw the moderate-to-severe damage, I wondered why I didn't get a notification. When I went to the app, it required me to sign in. I did and noticed that the system detected water 11 hours prior. Had I gotten that notification, I could have saved about $2000 in repairs. We had to clean the carpets in several rooms (water seeped under the walls) and we had to do serious repairs to the drywall on three walls. I do not recommend this product. We intend to buy another product and wish I could send this one back.
