After reading the many good reviews here on Amazon, I ordered this product with high hopes. After receiving it last night I promptly installed it on my toilet. As advertised, installation was straighforward and I completed installing it in about 45 minutes. I turned on the water supply everything was sealed correctly and there were no leaks. This is where the good part ends. When I took the bidet for a spin, it turned out that the spray that came out of it was extremely strong. No we are not talking slightly strong. This is wash-moss-off-the-roof-with-pressure-washer strong. I don't need that kind of abuse on my undercarriage. So naturally, I tried turning down the faucet that controls the overall supply to the tank and bidet. At lower pressure, the bidet just fails to deploy. The nozzle stays in its housing tube and does not come out to deliver the spray. So there is no way to tune the bidet to deliver a gentler stream of water. It's either no water coming out of it or a super strong jet. The problem in my opinion is in the design of the nozzle. The water pressure required for the nozzle to get out of its housing and into its operational position is far far higher than the proper water pressure for washing. This causes the nozzle to be stuck in its housing at low pressure and causes it to deliver a super strong spray after it tips out of the housing. When I manually pulled the nozzle out at lower pressures the water stream coming out of it is gentle as desired. However, there is no way to make the nozzle operate in this fashion. I am planning on returning the bidet as soon as possible. After spending a whole month recently in South Asia, I know how a bidet should function. The design of this product is very flawed and my advice to potential buyers is to stay far far away from it. You will save the trouble of buying, installing, uninstalling and returning.
