Was excited to get this for my wife and we loved it. The first 3 times cooking fries were so easy and finished within 10-15 mins coming out crispy as can be. Using it to make fries the 3rd time... turned on no problems, set it to go and everything turned on but after 15 mins fries were still cold. Put it in for another 15 same thing, after 1 more try this device is now defective and still won’t heat. Broken after 3 uses. I can’t believe the quality of this. It was great when it worked and luckily it is still within the return policy or I would be very upset.
