2.5 year update...not a high quality product
On the outside this chair looks fine, just like all other gaming style chairs. High back, lots of adjustability, lumbar and neck support. But after a while I started noticing the shoddy craftsmanship. I am 6'4", 285lbs and I broke this chair in under 3 years. The leg rest is far too small/short/flimsy to ever be useful. The arm rests were always wobbly, even when first assembled, but they kept getting loose and I had to tighten them every few months.
Finally the back of the chair just snapped. The bolts still felt tight so I unzipped the back to see if I could spot the problem. When I did a small piece of metal fell out, no idea what its purpose was as it seemed to only have a small blob of weld on one side. Then I saw the real issue. The metal bar that the right side bolts, the bolts attached to the adjustment mechanism, thread into was shoddily tack welded onto some internal bar and the weld just detached. There also appears to be rust forming on every surface of the inside of the chair.
