I ordered 3 pairs of Pro Club sweat pants in different colors, each pair came from a different seller, the black and khaki pairs were legit Pro Club sweatpants, unfortunately the Charcoal color pair was a cheap knock off. There are 3 notable differences that give it away. The first was the tag on the inside of the pants didn't say Pro Club, and was a flimsy tear away tag, the authentic tags are a different nylon like material, are folded over, say Pro Club on the tag, and if you tried to tear it off you'd probably pull the stitching out of the waste band with it. The second difference was how the outside material felt to the touch, the knock off's are made from a softer (lighter) type fabric where as the authentic have a slightly rougher heavier (more durable) feel to it. Lastly the third difference is the side cargo pockets. Authentic has 2 raised seams that bump up going vertically the knockoffs just have a basic folded in seam on both sides, The tabs where the pocket velcro's are different in material and size, and the stitching where tabs are sewn to the flap on the pocket is inconsistent. Authentic has a well shaped square with quality stitching, knockoff is a rectangle shape and the stitching is sloppy and poorly done. I'll include photos of all 3 differences, although you might not be able to see the difference in the actual material, that's something that can probably only be felt by touch. There are also many other small differences I noticed the more I looked, with the font of the letters on the logo's, size of the metal rings where the draw string goes through, and the ends of the drawstrings on the waste band.
