The case itself is pretty durable and has its pros on looks. But I am giving this a one star rating due to it being extremely difficult to take the case off for the Xr. I run and go to the gym quite often and use an arm band to not have my phone fall out my pocket during my workouts. And taking this case off requires the power of Thor or the might of every man in the Red Army just to jimmy this thing loose and slide the phone out. It took me damn near 12 minutes to figure out a way to take this thing off without scratching or breaking it. If this was a college entrance exam, I'm almost certain no one would pass it and the college would go bankrupt. If i was told to take this case off without any tools to save my life, I would accept my fate and prepare myself for hell. But hell would probably be a place where every phone had this case and being told you could go to heaven if you could just remove the case from your phone. That being said, I'm going to use this case as an extreme emergency for when my next case to replace this case comes. And even then I may just shell out another 30 bucks or so for a back up case and give this OtterBox case to my worst enemy as a gift. I'll give this 2 stars if OtterBox can create a YouTube tutorial on how to remove this case because right now, this is literally the only 1 star review I've ever given and I've purchased a ton of things on here.
