While the product itself is OK, they have some pretty significant quality problems with the strap. My fourth one of these just broke; the band comes detached from the strap. See photos. I'm not doing anything but wearing it -- not even taking it on or off, except to shower. Jawbone customer support wasn't willing to replace it this time -- even though my last replacement unit came with a 90 day warranty, I guess I've gone through enough of these that they're not willing to honor that. Mixed feelings on this -- I can't blame them for not wanting to send me a 5th -- maybe they think I'm intentionally destroying it or something. The thing is I'm NOT... these just break after 2-3 months, no matter how careful I am. I would avoid purchasing this, unless you want to be constantly mailing your tracker back to Jawbone for service.
