I had purchased this unit about six months ago and it did everything I wanted (so happy). I noticed that the unit was not working so I pulled out the manual to go through the troubleshooting. I determined the unit was no longer working properly so I reached out to the manufacturer (twice). When you call the manufacture you get a voice message that they will return the call in the order in which it was received. After 4 business days I reached out to Bestseller21 asking for help getting the manufacture to reach out to me. They sent me an email to call the manufacture at the same number I had already called. I let them know that I had already done that twice and asked if they were willing to help out any further, "24 hours passed and no response". So if you are looking for a warranty you should think twice about this product, seller and manufacturer.
