I just now threw this remanufactured toner cartridge in the trash after purchasing and using it for about a month. Following very little use I started noticing that the printed media on the right side of the page/pages was graying out. It finally got to were I could no longer use it and had to do something. I had just recently purchased the Brother HL-2280DW printer for my office that came with a Brother starter cartridge. I purchased the subject remanufactured one shortly thereafter knowing that the provided starter one would not last long. I began to wonder if I had a defective printer or if this remanufactured cartridge was faulty. I decided that the only way I would know for sure would be to purchase an actual new Brother brand cartridge which I did from Amazon and just now installed. The printer works fine now as it should and in removing the remanufactured one I found that it was leaking badly, getting toner all over me and my printer. I don't blame Amazon but rather the company providing the cartridge for sale via Amazon.
