I purchased this glass whiteboard earlier this month. It’s a stunning addition to my wife’s home office. The board is quite heavy, but it is manageable when installing (I’d recommend having two people available for installation). The issue I have with this board is that there are several areas on the board that are rough that make writing on those areas difficult. My wife is very dissatisfied that the product came out of the box with this flaw. We’ve tried writing on the board and erasing with official quartet products to no avail. We also purchased the cleaning spray and the roughness remains. This is very disappointing because I was thinking of buying another one for my office as well. In trying to resolve this problem, I thought to report/return the item and guess what... this item can’t be returned. I hope Quartet sees the review and reaches out as this is an unfortunate flaw for an otherwise great product to have. I won’t discourage others from buying the product, but I would encourage you to inspect it before installing.
