I bought two packs to make a decently sized spot outside our apartment for our two pups (18x23 pieces). The pieces are shipped folded into quadrants so when you get them they are severely creased. Can't really iron plastic very well to remove those, so I am guessing they are permanent. The video advertisement says the fake grass blades made to not come out when pulled, but by simply getting them out of the package and situated on the patio had me thinking it was an old Christmas tree with how many blades were scattered around. Long story short, I have buyers remorse here and wish I wouldnt have wasted $50+ ,....I have gone ahead and ordered a different brand and are hoping for better results.
