These sheets are being advertised at 400 count 100% cotton sheets. But when I opened them, they felt off. As an experienced seamstress, I knew from the feel that these were not 100% cotton. They feel like microfiber. While they feel soft, they are not as claimed. To double check my suspicions, we did a burn test. We took a small sample to burn. Cotton will burn. Microfiber melts. These melted! I'm not sure if there is any cotton in these. They don't have a label with the fiber content. The problem with microfiber is that it doesn't breathe like cotton. In the summer, you want something that will help keep you cool. These are not it. These feel hot when you sleep on them. Additionally, they feel thin and have started pilling after just a few washes. While I did not expect top of the line sheets for a bargain. I did expect them to be as advertised. These are not.
