Bought brand new, got an opened box.
The box was taped up when I got it but when I opened it the cable was already unwrapped and both the controller and the cable were covered in dust. I'm guessing someone at Amazon/Microsoft opened this up and tried to repackage it but it's obvious. I'm sure the controller works fine but I'm pissed off someone repackaged this to sell me a "new" controller.
