We purchased this warranty with our Nokia 810 device from TECH FOR LESS. We did all the proper registration and when we filed a claim for repair, we had to prove everything again to them with extensive documentation, receipts, warranty receipt, etc. etc. Then if you are approved, they charge at least $35 for return shipping and handling as well as the insured shipping charges you have to pay to send the product to them. DO NOT GIVE a CREDIT CARD number!!! I didn't trust them, so I sent a check. After 2 months we find that our claim had been closed without any explanation. I emailed the company and they finally called and told me the item was water damaged and could not be fixed. The item was in working condition when we sent it to them, just a bad screen, so we'll see what it looks like on the return. I would give this a 0 star rating if that were possible. TERRIBLE SCAM service!!!!!!!! jbryant
