I really enjoy signing in to my account and just ordering when I need to. What I do not like and have tried more than 3 times for 2 months to resolve this problem, is that I cannot log into my Amazon account to make my payment. Have had 3 different people try to help me with it. They give up after trying and trying. They don't seem to know how to resolve the problem. Have tried to sign in with Google, with Internet.com and nothing works. It either sends me a? or tells me it doesn't recognize me from my computer. Why is it so difficult to resolve this issue. Every month for the last 2 months I have to call in my payment. This is pretty ridiculous since it is such a huge company. I have seen the reviews and it seems I am not the only one with this issue. I was also told they were having technical problems and they were trying to resolve it. to try back in a couple of days. Still, nothing. What is the problem and why can't it be resolved. It is rather frustrating. And no, I am not having this kind of issue with my other on line payments I make. Just Amazon. Can I get an answer to this problem? Going to a "friend's computer" is not a way to resolve this problem. I do not want my information on someone else's computer.
