So I really enjoy the look of this item, I like the way the pot feels in my hands, I like the ease of use. However a big selling point for me was that you didn't need strainers (single use). We have ended up having to use them anyways because a lot of the coffee grounds are getting into the pot somehow. Minor inconvenience but when it was a large reason why you purchased something it is frustrating.
