BEWARE / Not safe - The middle step broke last night causing our dog to fall badly. I called the listed customer service number to warn them of a potential defect. They told me I had to call the manufacturer and gave me a different number to call. Unfortunately when I called the 2nd number I was told they did not make the steps. I'm assuming that others like myself purchased these steps for a dog with mobility issues. I'd hate to think a dog's life was needlessly shortened by an additional injury. So - BUYER BEWARE Please note our dog is well under the listed 130 lb limit.
