I've been using Whitestone dome glass protectors for awhile now. To be perfectly upfront they are fantastic. Nothing ever scratches them and they're hard to break. That being said after a perfect install of the screen protector on the note 10 plus My fingerprint reader no longer works. I worried this was just me so I did some digging online and found that it's a very common occurrence. Nothing in the instructions talks about any method of how to do it any alternative way. I'm disappointed that I can no longer use my fingerprint reader. But I'm more disappointed that I feel like white stone is lying to their customers about its compatibility. This is a 5 star product but I'm giving it a one star as I feel like they're trying to pull the wool over people's eyes.
