I had my last Sonicare for over 4 years and it ran flawlessly. I bought this one and 4 months later, it doesn't work anymore. Doesn't matter that the battery is fresh off of a full 24 hour charge, it makes a high pitched noise like it's on but then doesn't vibrate. No vibrations on my teeth, in a cup of water, or in the air. I can even take off the head and it doesn't vibrate. I've tried resetting the head softly, cleaning all the pieces it attaches to, and still NOTHING. I have an overpriced manual toothbrush with a high pitch whir.
