The quality of the chair seemed great at first and I really enjoyed the chair for about a month. I bought a large chair to make sure I did not have issues since I sit for 6-8 hours a day. I weigh 220 pounds so this chair should have held up well over the last 5 months. Sad to say I am very disappointed in chair as I now sit at an angle, the chair definitely slopes to my right and I am now considering putting something on the right side to balance me out so I do not hurt my back! Very disappointed this chair did not hold up, I attached photo to show the lean. EDIT 1-12-2016 Tried reaching true innovation several times, they do not answer the phone! One time I was on a hold cycle for 45 minutes before giving up. I have sent an email to them that has not been answered. I am on hold right now with them for over 30 minutes. I will update if there is any resolution.
