I am so disappointed with the quality of this hand blender. My husband bought this last month and I've used it only a handful of times (made soup, hummus, and salsa). I hand-washed everything after each use and even though the things I blended were all soft, the collar right above the blade is cracked in 3 places! I'm not sure what caused the cracking but this is getting returned immediately.
