I purchased the bassinest because there was a concern that I would need a c-section...ended up with one and was so excited that I had made this purchase. Unfortunately shortly after using it I started to notice the baby kept ending up against the side of the bassinet. I thought it was maybe how I was putting him to sleep, but nothing seemed to help. He was out of it by two months and I never thought about it again. I just pulled it back out for use for new baby, and the same thing is happening. I decided to call Halo right away and since it has been two years they will not cover anything. I can understand if it was something that I did... but there was no misuse here. Did a quick google search and others are having the same issue. Update: just called ... they have seen this issue and to fix it I would need to order a new top for $40 and then $39 to have it shipped!
