I ironically own this book now.
There's not much to add to the general body of criticism that exists. The book is pretty bad. I opened the cover and the title page is numbered "1" at the top. The copyright page is numbered "2" as well. I laughed so hard, because that was so completely congruent with everything I knew about this work before I bought it. I bought this only because I craved to personally possess an actual internet meme, and there's no telling how long this will be around. It's possible it may be pulled before long, so it was necessary to drop the cash on it to make my dream a reality. Unless you are likewise motivated by irony, you really need not spend your money. There's some material from the book available online, and there is an excellent VOD of a live reading of selected chapters available on YouTube. These should provide enough material to satisfy your curiosity. If not, and you have the money and inclination to actually purchase the book, then join me in our collective glee.
One last note. There's some typos that are hard to figure out. There's backwards apostrophes. I actually dedicated some minutes of my life and cognition to try to figure out how that is even possible, since word processors these days automatically print the correct form (don't, aren't, and so on). My conclusion is that the apostrophes were typed starting at the beginning of a sentence, copied, deleted from the beginning, and then pasted into its new position in the middle of a word. There was literally an effort to make the typo exist. There's simply no other reasonable explanation.
