Full of errors
Oh my... where do I begin. Maybe here: it's so bad I had to write to Learning Resources.
There are COUNTLESS "typos" (I am hoping that's all they are ahah).
Here's a sneak peek: in Africa, the country CHAD is spelled CHAN; in South America, the country COLOMBIA is spelled COLOMBLA. In Europe, the country CROATIA is spelled OROATIA (?!?!). The city Brest, in France, is spelled Btest.
Even more obvious: Belorussian (BELARUS); Moldavian (MOLDAVIA); Turkmen (TURKMENISTAN); Czechoslovakia (Czech Republic since the 1990s). It is pretty appalling.
Sure, it's a fun inflatable ball. But it's a globe! It should be geographically correct, no? I thought the purpose of the ball was to show your children different countries and let them become familiar with a map...not sure I want my kids getting used to such bad mispells.
