Unless you ALWAYS remember to turn off the valve after EVERY use, this thing will flood your bathroom floor every time. Just got this installed and thought everything looked good. Checked all the connections, no leaks! 🙂 But I came back to show my wife how to use it 20 mins later and there was a puddle on the floor around the toilet. I thought I must have a loose connection somewhere so I tested each one but couldn't find any water on any of them. Turns out it's a leak in NOZZLE! It's a prefabricated part! That all came preassembled and I never touched it. They either sent me a faulty one or this is expected behavior? Turns out the seller knows if leaks and they just expect you to turn off the valve after ever time you use it! How in the world was this thought through??? The instructions say you have to turn the valve off every use, but how can I guarantee that we always remember?! If you forget even once, you'll come back hours later to a huge puddle of water on your floor. The attached video shows it leaking. Even after you turn off the valve, there's still pressure in the hose so it'll keep leaking for 5-10 mins until the pressure drops. So it's GUARANTEED to leak EVERY TIME!! 😡😡 Don't waste your time and money on this. It's a guarantee that you're going to end up with a flooded floor at some point. 💦🚽
